Our patented dispersion technology create isolated network of graphene in the rubber material after dispersed. Those isolated networks contribute to electrical/thermal conductivity and gas barrier features widen the application of rubber material in some particular field which need rubber be conductive.

With those isolated network formed in rubber composite, Percolation threshold of composite is as low as 0.62 vol%. Our data review with graphene as little 1.78 vol%, conductivity of natural rubber can be as high as 0.03 S/m which is 5 orders of magnitude higher than the conventional method.
